After the work out we went for coffee and his class was topic of conversation. Naturally my dissertation project followed up and I was giving Craig all the details that I have. As a Personal Trainer (PT), Craig gave me some feedback from a fitness point of view and I agreed to take him on as a live client. As a result of this I will have to change my proposal accordingly. We have agreed on the following:

  • Video demonstrations with posture tips for getting the most out of it
  • ‘HiiT’ (High intensity interval Training) workouts as these are best for the body
  • Food swaps on the nutritional side sound good. simplicity is key!
